1. No Refund Policy
- All fees paid to Jainam Study Abroad are strictly for training and consultation services.
-Once the payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, except in specific situations outlined below.
2. Course Commencement Clause
Refunds will only be considered if Jainam Study Abroad is unable to commence a course or program.
- A delay of up to two weeks (fortnight) in starting the course will not be considered as non-
commencement.
- Refund eligibility applies only if the course is not initiated at all by the company.
3. Batch Rescheduling / Cancellation
- Jainam Study Abroad reserves the right to reschedule or cancel batches due to:
- Insufficient student enrollments
- Unavailability of trainers/instructors
- Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure events such as natural disasters, government restrictions,
etc.)
- In case a batch is cancelled by Jainam Study Abroad, students will be eligible for a 100% refund of the fees paid.
4. Duplicate Payment Refunds
- If a student makes a duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded:
- Through the original payment method only
- Within 7–10 working days after notification by the student and approval from Jainam Study Abroad
